What we collect

Account and profile data, session and device data for the one-device policy, activity and transaction records, usage preferences, and technical logs. We also keep our own visit statistics without cookies (your IP address and browser type are turned into a one-way code that cannot be reversed), a record of which analytics pages you open while signed in, and how you found us when you signed up. Google Analytics runs only if you allow analytics cookies. Refund details and identity documents are collected only when needed. Antick never sells your personal data and never receives card details, private keys or recovery phrases (Privacy Policy, Section 2).

How long it is kept

Activity history: 90 days.

Invoice and transaction data, including refund requests: 10 years, for bookkeeping and tax, even after the account is deleted.

Profile data: while the account is active; deleted on permanent deletion.

Identity documents for refund verification: deleted once verification and the refund are complete.

These periods are maximums; data may be deleted earlier once it is no longer needed (Privacy Policy, Section 8).

3

Your rights

Access a copy of your personal data, and receive it in a commonly used format.

Correct inaccurate data; most of it you can edit yourself on the Profile page.

Delete your account through Delete Account on the Profile page, or request deletion of your data.

Withdraw consent: turn off Email updates, decline analytics cookies, or turn off profile promotion. You can also object to our own visit statistics and feature-usage records by emailing [email protected].

Restrict or object to certain processing.

Send requests to [email protected]. We may ask you to verify your identity first (Privacy Policy, Section 10).

Cookies

Session cookies are required to keep you signed in. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) load only after you allow them in the cookie banner on your first visit, and you can change your choice at any time through the Cookies Policy link at the bottom of the site. Our own visit statistics use no cookies and store nothing in your browser, so they are not part of the cookie banner. Clearing cookies and site data signs you out and resets display preferences (Privacy Policy, Section 7).
