Locked cards, plan limits and upgrade prompts

What a locked card, page or asset means, what your plan controls and what you can do about it.

What your plan controls

Your plan decides four things: which features (pages), which cards, which timeframes and which assets you can open. The Current Plan card on Overview shows each as a count, for example 10 of 10 timeframes.

2

Locked cards

A card outside your plan stays on the page with the message Not included in your plan. Nothing is hidden from view: you can see what the card is and which plan unlocks it.

3

Locked pages and assets

A page or an asset outside your plan shows Available on, followed by the cheapest plan that opens it, and an upgrade button. If you open a per-asset page for a locked asset, Antick switches to the first asset your plan includes, so the page is never empty.

4

Annual Bonus features

Some features are Annual Bonus features: they unlock only for Plus or Pro members who bought a 12-month plan. Their lock message says so.

5

Upgrading

An upgrade starts as soon as its payment is confirmed. The remaining time on your previous plan is forfeited and not carried over, so plan an upgrade near the end of a period when you can. The guide Choosing the right plan explains the details.

Locked is not brokenA locked card or page is working as intended. If a card you should have access to shows as locked, sign out and back in once, then contact [email protected] if it persists.
