What Antick will never ask for
To connect your wallet, or for your private key or recovery (seed) phrase.
To send your password or a verification code by email, chat or any other channel. Codes are entered only on antick.io pages.
To pay to an address sent to you in a private message, email, social media post, group chat or another website.
How Antick contacts you
Antick never contacts you first by phone, chat, direct message or social media. Official channels are emails from antick.io addresses and notices in the member area. Before acting on anything that claims to come from Antick, check that it is genuine through those channels (Terms of Service, Section 10).
Informational emails, such as articles, product news, promotions and market insights, come only from [email protected]. Treat a promotional or insight email from any other address as suspicious. Account, security and billing emails, such as verification codes, invoices, receipts and reminders, are always sent and cannot be turned off.
Payment pages
Payment addresses are shown only on Antick pages, or on a NOWPayments page created or opened from an Antick page. Always check that the site you are on is antick.io before you pay. The Billing page repeats this warning next to every invoice table.
If something looks wrong
Do not click, pay or reply. Report scams, fake websites, emails or accounts that use Antick's name to [email protected]. Losses caused by third parties, such as scams, phishing or people pretending to be Antick, are your own responsibility, so checking first matters.
