One account, one device

An Antick account can be active on only one device at a time. If you sign in on another device or browser, the session on the previous device is signed out automatically. The old session ends immediately and without confirmation, so unsaved settings on that device may be lost.

This protects you: if anyone signs in with your credentials, you are signed out at once and can act quickly. Sharing an account is not allowed, and accounts that appear to be shared may be suspended (Terms of Service, Sections 5 and 6).

What you see when it happens

On the device that is being signed out, a "Your session is ending" message counts down for a few seconds and asks you to save your work. You then land on a "Your session has ended" page with Sign In Again and Reset Password buttons.

Your session has ended: the time, device and browser of the session that was closed, with Sign In Again and Reset Password.

Recent Activity

Open Activity from Quick Actions, or select View All Activity on the Recent Activity card of your Profile, to see every sign-in, sign-out, failed sign-in attempt and session ended by another device, together with invoices, payments and plan changes. Each row shows the browser and system, the country and a masked IP address, such as 103.94.x.x.

Activity history is kept for 90 days. Full IP addresses are visible only to authorised administrators, for security and complaint handling (Privacy Policy, Sections 4 and 8).

Signing out yourself

Use Sign out in the menu under your avatar, at the top right, to end your session on purpose. After a period of inactivity, the member area also signs you out automatically.

Look for "Signed out by another device"If Recent Activity shows a sign-in or "Signed out by another device" that was not you, change your password right away and contact [email protected].
