The setup
Buyers can absorb selling quietly while price goes nowhere. SAI measures that absorption. MPI checks the other half of the idea: whether public attention is still low.
Step 1: find assets entering accumulation
Open the SAI Intelligence page. The Emerging Accumulation card lists assets just entering an accumulation phase, and the Accumulation Index shows how widespread accumulation is across the market. Sector Rotation tells you whether accumulation is concentrated in one sector.
Step 2: check the strength of the accumulation
Open the asset on the SAI Metrics page. Accumulation Strength places the reading on bands from Weak to Extreme. The Accumulation Absorption Ratio shows whether selling is being absorbed, whether the book refills and whether limit orders survive.
Step 3: find where accumulation happens
Volume Profile shows where volume actually traded, with the point of control and the value area. Accumulation is most convincing when volume builds near the bottom of the range rather than at the top.
Step 4: check the crowd with MPI
Open MPI on the same asset. Smart Accumulation means informed participation is accumulating while public awareness is still limited, which fits this idea. Retail FOMO or a Bubble-Like perception gap means the crowd is already in.
Step 5: wait for structure
Accumulation is context, not a trigger. Watch MSI for a move from Accumulation Base or Volatility Coil toward a confirmed trend, and SCTA for the higher timeframe to turn With HTF. Price Zone shows the accumulation bands to watch.
What invalidates the idea
SAI moves to Distribution Break: distribution pressure now dominates.
SAI reads Crowded or Fragile Accumulation: the accumulation is too obvious or easy to break.
Price falls below the accumulation band in Price Zone and MSI leaves Accumulation Base for Structure Change.
