Two pages, one list
Billing shows your current plan, payment method and the Billing History/Invoice table. Payment History shows the same Invoices with a summary of your plan, monthly billing, total paid and last payment. Every Invoice, whether paid, pending or expired, stays listed.
The invoice table
Each row shows the Invoice ID, date, plan, period, amount, status, payment method, currency with its network, and the transaction hash. Use Search invoice to find an Invoice by its ID, plan or status. The Action column shows Pay for an unpaid Invoice, Partial Paid for a partially paid one, and Detail for everything else.
What the statuses mean
Paid: payment confirmed. Pending: payment received and being confirmed or activated. Unpaid: waiting for payment.
Partially Paid: less than 85% arrived; the plan is not active and the funds are held until you pay the remainder or request a refund.
Expired: no payment arrived before the deadline. Cancelled: the Invoice was cancelled, for example by starting a new checkout. Closed: partially paid funds were forfeited after the deadline.
Refunding, Refunded and Partially Refunded: all or part of the payment is being or has been returned.
Failed, Price Mismatch and Activation Failed: the payment needs attention; our team follows up.
The Invoice Detail view
Select Detail to open the receipt: plan, billing cycle, amount, the coin and network you paid with, status, billing date, next billing date and the order reference. When relevant it also shows the transaction hash, any underpaid or overpaid amount, and the refund section.
Period updated
If an earlier Invoice in the same subscription is refunded, later Invoices move earlier by the refunded days. The original period stays in your history as a record, and Invoice Detail shows the period that now applies under Period updated, as the Effective Period.
