Change your email
On the Profile page, select Change next to your email. The change takes four steps: Verify Identity, New Email, Verify Email and Complete.
We send a 6-digit code to your current email address to confirm it is you.
You enter the new address, and we send another 6-digit code to it.
Once you confirm the new address, you are signed out for your security. Sign in again with the new email.
Change your password
In the Security card, select Change next to Password. Enter your current password and the new one twice. The new password needs at least 8 characters, with a number, an uppercase letter and a symbol, and must be different from your previous password. After the change, all previous sessions are signed out.
Set a password on a Google account
If you signed up with Google and have no password yet, the Security card shows "Signed in with Google" with a Set action. We send a 6-digit code to your account email, then you create a password. After that you can sign in with your email and password as well as with Google.
Forgot your password?
Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page. You verify with a code sent to your account email, then choose a new password.
